Join us for a walking tour followed by food and drinks at the 3rd annual UWPAT Summer Social. The tour will explore the Eglinton LRT as well as the Little Jamaica neighbourhood with special guests from the TTC and the Little Jamaica Community Land Trust.

About the event
Join us on Wednesday, July 29th 2026 from 5:30pm to 10pm at The Royal Canadian Legion Fairbank Branch for the 3rd annual UWPAT Summer Social! Enjoy local food and drinks while reconnecting with classmates, young and recent alumni, and industry representatives including planners, lawyers, engineers, architects, builders, developers and more!
*Hors d'oeuvres will be provided and cash bar is available on-site.
In collaboration with the TTC and Little Jamaica Community Land Trust, the Summer Social will feature a guided tour of the Eglinton LRT followed by a walking tour of the Little Jamaica neighbourhood.
⭐️ Start of tour at Eglinton LRT Station at 5:30pm;
⭐️ TTC guided walking/LRT tour from Eglinton Station to Oakwood Station (TTC fare not included);
⭐️ Little Jamaica Community Land Trust guided walking tour of the Little Jamaica neighbourhood; and
⭐️ End walking tour at The Royal Canadian Legion Fairbank Branch for the Summer Social at approximately 7:15pm.
🚨 Note that this tour includes walking, travel on the LRT, and may require standing for up to 2 hours.
🚨 Walking tour is rain or shine - dress appropriately.
🚨 Venue doors open at 6:45pm.
